"After purchasing an item, what is the time limit for returning it? Do I need to bear the return shipping cost?"
If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Under what circumstances are the products non-returnable?
1) The hang tags and clothes are artificially damaged and have been worn and washed, which will affect the secondary sales.
2) Returned items must be in an unused state with the original packaging and will not affect secondary sales. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3) The original shipping fee and return shipping fee are non-refundable.
